You can rent just the ground floor (living room, adjoining room, guest toilet and courtyards), although you can always add the kitchen and terrace.

If you would prefer to hold an event on the terrace, you can rent just the upper floor with the kitchen, the study and guest toilet. For example, to watch a procession followed by dinner.
