The house is laid out on two levels, crowned by a large terrace offering unparalleled views over the Iglesia Mayor Prioral church.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with kitchen and toilet, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a beautiful suite.
The upper floor is accessed from one of the light filled courtyards. Here, there is a large kitchen-dining room that often becomes the heart of the house and from where you can go up to the terrace. On this same level, there is a separate area with another double bedroom, a small study and a large suite with a sitting room, balconies and a bathroom.
With more than 450 square metres in the most desirable location in El Puerto.
The house is rented entirely during the high season, there is the possibility of renting only the upper floor of the house, only in the low season and for occasional events.
The house is located in the centre of Puerto de Santa Maria, in an area with restricted access for vehicles, we will give you all the necessary indications for loading and unloading luggage. Afterwards, you will have to take your vehicle to a nearby car park or to another area where street parking is allowed.
The minimum rental period for an overnight stay is two nights.
The maximum capacity is 10 people.
The number of people who can stay overnight in the house is the number previously contracted on the different platforms.
For the safety of all, the details of all persons occupying the dwelling must be provided in accordance with the legal requirements of the Register of Travellers.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Only in the terrace area and depositing the remains in the elements provided for this purpose, they will not be thrown into the street.
If you come with small children, please note that the house is a typical old Andalusian house with stairs, interior patios and terraces. There are no safety features for children under 10 years of age.
No noisy or disturbing activities such as stag and hen parties or parties in general are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for the house with all its contents and for returning it in perfect condition at the end of their stay. It is forbidden to move furniture and heavy objects in order to avoid accidents and damage to the house. In the event of an accident, please call the person in charge of the accommodation.
If arrival is after 19.00h and in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, it is very important to notify the person in charge in advance by telephone so that access can be coordinated. Please arrive before 21:00h.
Barbecues are prohibited.
Instructions will be given for the correct management of waste.
The first payment will be 50% of the total amount on the day of booking and the remaining 50% 5 days before arrival.
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
The day before arrival a deposit of 300€ will be paid by credit card. It will be returned 48 hours after the end of the stay once it has been verified that there is no damage to the property.
The cancellation of the event may occur up to 20 calendar days before the day of the reservation and will not entail the loss of the deposits made.
If the booking is cancelled with less than the above-mentioned notice, the 50% will not be refunded.
If the cancellation is made with less than 5 days notice, the full payment will be forfeited.
The accommodation is located in Cádiz, in the municipality of El Puerto de Santa María. The accommodation has free wi-fi, air conditioning (in all rooms), terraza, kitchen, washer.
