We welcome you to relax after your long journey to get here.
It’s now time to unwind and enjoy Andalusia.
“Put down your suitcases, open the bottle of Fino sherry wine that’s chilling in the ice bucket, and then continue reading.”
We don't like rules on holidays and we are of the opinion that the best rule is common sense and treat the house as if it were your own.
Under that premise, there is not much to add, but we are going to remind you of them to make your stay pleasant for everyone and to avoid uncomfortable moments.
You can sleep a maximum of 10 people. Please remember that it is forbidden to sleep on the sofas.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke on the terrace, please make use of the ashtrays, do not throw cigarette butts on the terrace and do not leave them in the plant pots, please.
Pets are not allowed, we love them, but we are aware that many people have allergies and for hygiene reasons it is not possible for them to accompany you.
The house has two floors and as it is an old house, its stairs and access can be a potential danger for children between 1 and 10 years of agebecause there are no barriers or handrails.
Access for children is permitted with supervision and we are not responsible for possible accidents. Please keep a close eye on them.

HOUSE KEYS:We’ve provided you with two sets of keys and an alarm key fob
(It’s the rectangular device on your key ring)
WHEN ENTERING: Simply place the device against the lower part of the keypad until you hear a beep.
WHEN LEAVING: Press the image of the house and place the device against the lower part of the keypad. When you hear the beep, leave the house. The alarm has now been activated.
Please always lock the two internal vestibule doors when leaving the house. On the day of your departure, Pepa will come to say goodbye and collect the Keys. However, if you have to leave and she can't be there, please remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioning, close the windows, lock up, set the alarm and leave the keys in the fountain in the vestibule. Thank you very much.
If, by any chance, you leave your keys inside the house or lose a set of keys, please call Pepa on +34 637751794
If we need to change the lock and keys, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Each room has its own a key, which should always be left in the door. As only you and Pepa have access to the house, it’s best to leave them in the door so that they stay closed. Keeping the doors closed stops mosquitoes and other insects coming in from the courtyard, and is also the best way to avoid the keys getting lost.

If you need to switch on the fridges under the bar, please let Pepa know during your stay.
In season, you can pick lemons from the lemon trees on the terrace.
If you need to switch on the fridges under the bar, please let Pepa know during your stay.
To avoid being bothered by insects (especially ants), please do not leave food on the countertop.
There’s a small Bluetooth speaker in the house that you can use to listen to music in the kitchen or on the terrace. Please respect your neighbours and don’t play music loudly
“Our gorgeous terrace is for you to use and enjoy.
Sunsets are beautiful here, and it’s a treat to savour a glass of Fino sherry wine while watching the storks perched on their nests atop the church.”
Please be careful and don’t lean over the edge or place glasses on the wall as they may accidentally fall into the street.
Please respect the neighbours and don’t be noisy
Please respect the religious and cultural events that are held in the square, and we hope you also enjoy them.
Take care when going up and down the stairs.
Please keep the terrace tidy and don’t leave food on the table to avoid attracting the birds.
PLEASE SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING WHEN YOU GO OUT.
DON’T OPEN THE DOOR TO STRANGERS.
DON’T WASTE WATER. Andalusia is an area of Spain with very little water, and, in addition, our water heaters are not very big so it’s best not to take very long showers.
PLEASE DO NOT EAT IN THE ROOMS
KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED TO STOP THE MOSQUITOES FROM COMING IN.
RECYLE AND TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT. The bins are on the little square behind the house (on the right as you leave).
There are two fuse boxes in the house: one in the room off the sitting room, and another in the pantry off the upstairs kitchen.
f there is a power cut, open the fuse box to see if any fuse has tripped.
If the electricity doesn’t come on again, phone Pepa for help.
The stove in the kitchen is a gas stove, so please make sure you turn the burners off completely. For added safety, always close the gas cyclinder that’s in the cupboard to the right of the stove.
If you have any water-related problems, give Pepa a call.
There’s a basic first aid kit as you enter the kitchen and another in the room off the downstairs sitting room
Needless to say, there’s one in the kitchen, but there’s also another one in the main courtyard next to the guest toilet by the stairs.
